Full-automatic environmental protection water-based ultrasonic cleaning equipment 

The product features：

         The device makes the water to be the media which makes the cost low, instead of the organic solvent, meeting the demand of environmental protection; part of the drainage can be reused circularly if using the water purifying machine, which makes the cost lower.

         There are two methods to be selected: Automatic way and manual way. The automatic way adopts the PLC programmable control system and the dynamic pictures are presented on touch screen, which makes the operation easier and clearer. 

         The cleaning tank is made of SUS 316L high-level stainless steel plate which can resist the acid and alkali.

         The original high-efficiency ultrasonic transducer (oscillators) is made in Japan, which has the stable and reliable delivered power.

         The interior adjustable isothermal heating system with insulating layer decreases the electricity consumption and heat energy loss, which reduces the cost.

         Full-electronic control circuit and the special modulation system have small frequency error; ultrasonic power is viewable and adjustable freely.

         Safety protection device, air electrical-leakage protective switch of the main power source device, independent over-current and overload protection are designed on the other load.
